As the doors opened at the elegant Avasa Hotel on the morning of May 8, a palpable sense of anticipation filled the air. Employees, sales leaders, and channel partners from across the organization gathered for a defining moment in the journey of Suri Engineers—celebrating 50 years of excellence while strategically preparing for the road to 100 years.
The theme of this year’s Annual Sales Meeting, “Re-Energize,” represented far more than a slogan. It was a bold call to action. After five decades of resilience, innovation, and growth, the company is stepping into a new era driven by renewed ambition, stronger collaboration, and a collective determination to lead the industry into the future.
Over three engaging days, the event brought together leadership and teams to reflect on the previous year’s achievements, review business performance, and align on the transformative goals ahead.
Leadership Vision for the Future
At the heart of the gathering were inspiring addresses delivered by Chairman and Managing Director Rameshwar Reddy and Executive Director Dinesh Reddy.
Their messages emphasized continuity, progress, and the importance of remaining rooted in the company’s core values while embracing rapid industrial evolution.
Mega Factory Expansion Announced
Addressing the assembly, Chairman Rameshwar Reddy announced a landmark milestone in the company’s expansion journey—the development of a new 1,00,000-square-foot mega factory, scheduled for completion in early 2027.
Designed to double the company’s current production capacity, the facility marks one of the most significant investments in Suri Engineers’ history.
He reflected on the responsibility of the next generation to carry forward the company’s 50-year legacy with fresh thinking, stronger execution, and an unwavering commitment to quality. He emphasized that the expanded infrastructure would enable Suri Engineers to meet increasing domestic and global demand while positioning the company for long-term industrial leadership.
Introducing Next-Generation Machinery
Building on this vision of growth, Executive Director Dinesh Reddy introduced a new suite of high-performance machinery aimed at setting new benchmarks in the industry.
The lineup includes high-capacity 12TPH Sifters, New Generation Silky Machines, advanced New Generation Husk Aspirators & the launch of the 2 new color sorter models.
Beyond introducing new products, Dinesh Reddy emphasized the importance of stronger collaboration across the company’s sales and distribution network. He called for more active participation from channel partners, highlighting that the success of the new product portfolio and the upcoming mega factory would depend on the agility, confidence, and responsiveness of the entire sales ecosystem.

Another major highlight was the prestigious Achievers of the Year 2025–26 Awards, where Suri Engineers honored the top seven dealers and outstanding sales executives across both domestic and international sales teams for their exceptional performance and contribution over the past year.

As the meeting concluded on May 10, attendees left Hyderabad with more than just targets and action plans.
